1. Our Services

We provide custom graphic design, printing, banners, t-shirts, signage, and related products/services, primarily for schools, sports teams, local businesses, and community events in the DeFuniak Springs, Florida area and beyond.

All products are custom-made. We require customer approval of proofs/designs before production.

2. Orders and Payments

  • To place an order, you must provide accurate information and payment details.
  • We accept payments via Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Venmo.
  • A deposit (typically 50%) may be required for custom design or large orders. Full payment is due before shipping or delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors.

3. Artwork, Proofs, and Revisions

  • You are responsible for providing high-quality artwork/files (minimum 300 DPI, CMYK where applicable). We are not responsible for poor-quality images that print blurry, pixelated, or incorrect.
  • We will provide digital proofs for approval. Production begins only after your written/email approval.
  • Standard revisions are included (typically 2 rounds); additional revisions may incur extra fees.
  • You warrant that any artwork you provide does not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Designs we create for you are provided for your specific use. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of the underlying design files and concepts.
  • You receive a license to use the final approved artwork for the intended purpose (e.g., personal/school/event use).
  • We may use project photos or designs in our portfolio/marketing unless you request otherwise.
  • You grant us a royalty-free license to use any content you provide for fulfilling your order.

5. Communications and Contact Information

By providing your email address, phone number, or other contact information when placing an order or interacting with our Website, you consent to us using that information for the following purposes:

  • Communicating with you about your orders, proofs, revisions, shipping, delivery, and customer service.
  • Sending important transactional notices related to your account or purchases.
  • Providing updates about our services, promotions, new products, or local events (such as LakeFest or school-related projects), unless you opt out.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Shipping estimates are provided but not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays by carriers.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment.
  • For local pickup/delivery in the DeFuniak Springs area, separate arrangements apply.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins. Refunds or cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

  • Pre-production cancellations may be possible with a restocking/cancellation fee.
  • Contact us promptly with any issues—we aim to resolve problems fairly.

8. Limited Warranty
